Staying healthy through the holiday travel season is imperative for our family.
There is nothing worse than having sick kids during a vacation when your pediatrician is far away. Or after vacation. Frankly, there is never a great time to have sick kids.
Our pediatrician's office suggested that we include Elderberry supplements in our diet to help ward off the bad and yucky germs this season. In chatting with other moms, Elderberry is a go-to for some and highly recommended on that front also.
We found some that are gummies and pretty tasty so it feels like a treat. I like Garden of Life brand Elderberry gummies. It includes organic echinacea, zinc and vitamin C.
