Daysha's Famous Guac

My favorite food is Mexican, so obviously I love Cinco de Mayo. It’s one more reason to have a party and come together with friends and good food. I have to admit though I almost always order most of the food and pick it up for my party…I like it to be authentic, at least that’s what I’m saying and I’m sticking to it!

The one thing I always make my self no matter what is the guacamole. I have made my own guacamole for years, each time making it better and better. It’s healthy, quick to make, and everyone is happy! I always have the ingredients in the fridge to make it whether it’s Cinco de Mayo or a random Thursday I love to make fresh guacamole, and no it’s not extra!

Daysha’s guacamole 2 tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped 1/3 cup cilantro chopped 1 Tsp salt 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 fresh Lime 6 avocados cut into chunks Add the first six ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes, then add the avocados and mash into small chunks. Enjoy!
