Always Be Prepared. Have Snacks.
There’s never a time when I’m not hearing, "mama can I have a snack, I’m hungry???" As many of my friends and family know I always like to take my own snacks with us whether we are going to run errands, traveling to grandma's house, or going to a theme park.
I do this mainly because of my daughter's food allergies but its also so nice not to spend all the extra money and time every ten minutes on snacks!
Some of my favorite dairy-free snacks include Lenny and Larry's protein cookies, individual pickle and olive cups, fruit snacks, rice rollers, fig bars, and of course kettle corn, just to name just a few.
I always like to be prepared for a snack attack situation!
